You were right on with Jack. He is a wonderful Black Lab, and is like one of my kids. You
see my best friend was killed in a car wreck on 2/26/03, and I inherited Jack then.

I was walked through every step - from visualization techniques to being forewarned
about possible changes in body temperature during the meditation - and it was obvious
from the beginning that this guided meditation was tailored specifically for me. I was at
ease the entire time - even when my body sensations went literally hot and cold.
